Klett - milestones of success

The metalworking shop Klett GmbH belongs to the pioneers of modern metal construction technology.

The company was founded in 1964 as metal working business. Today, Klett produces metal components and assemblies on a production area of 4.840 m² for machine-building, automobile industry, shop fitting and trade fair construction.

50 staff members realize high-tech solutions for customers in a variety of industries. They complete tasks in development, engineering, production, logistics, storage and shipment.

Main Milestones:

1964 Establishment of the metal working company Georg Klett Schlosserei, Mühlgasse 22 in Dusslingen (Germany)
New production hall 875 m², Schillerstraße in Dusslingen (Germany).
1979 Doubling of production and storage area, Schillerstraße, Dusslingen (Germany).
1990 New building and move to the industrial area im Steinig 58, Dusslingen (Germany).
4.070 m² production area
1998 Commissioning of a CO₂-laser installation
1999 A further production hall with 700 m² was added
2004 Commissioning of a new CO²-laser installation
2005 A further warehouse and shipping hall was added
2007 Plant extension Gomaringen (Germany), 770 m² production area and commissioning of a further CO₂-laser-installation
